Build a study plan you can actually use

Make space for your deadlines, your energy, and a little flexibility.

Begin by listing the work, not by filling every hour. Write down each deadline and break large assignments into actions you can finish in a session. “Outline section one” is more actionable than “work on essay.”

Estimate time and leave room for tasks that take longer than expected. A plan is a working document: update it as you learn more about the assignment.

Use a timer if it helps you start, and choose a duration that suits the task. For flashcards, try answering before revealing the back. Review difficult cards again; the built-in schedule is only a simple reminder system, not a promise of better grades.
